bounced back from his past
health issues to declare him-
self ready for the Ports of
Auckland Round the Bays
event on March 13.
Mr Brown, who suffered a
heart attack in 2008, has
completely changed his rou-
tine and lifestyle to prepare
for the 8.4km fun run.
My heart attack gave me a
new outlook on life, he says.
Healthy food and regular
exercise have now become an
integral part of my daily life.
